The Rolwaling Valley is on east-west valley lying close to the border with Tibet between the Tamba Kosi and the Khumbu Himal area. For many years the valley was closed to trekking, but access is now granted providing that the party has permission to climb either of the two trekking peaks in the area; Ramdung or Parchamo.

Day1. Kathmandu by bus to Dolkha over night camp.
Day2. Dolkha trek to Pikhuti or Shigati.
Day3. Pikhuti trek to Jagath camp other side of river.
Day4. Jagath trek to Simigoan.
Day5. Simigoan trek to Dongkang lovely camp side by river.
Day6. Dongkang trek to Bading Sherpa Village.
Day7. Beding ( Rest day for Acclimatize )
Day8. Beding trek to Na lunch and Camp.
Day9. Na goan ( Rest day )
Day10. Na trek to Rumdung B.C.
Day11. Rumdung Half day hike to Yalung Ri.
Day12. Rumdung trek Down to Na .
Day13. Na trek to Syakpa Khaka.
Day14. Syakpa Khaka trek to Simigoan.
Day15. Simigoan trek to Gonggur Khola half day hike.
Day16. Gonggur Khola trek to Warang.
