The Rolwaling Valley is on east-west valley lying close to the border with Tibet between the Tamba Kosi and the Khumbu Himal area. For many years the valley was closed to trekking, but access is now granted providing that the party has permission to climb either of the two trekking peaks in the area; Ramdung or Parchamo. The recent relaxation in regulations has opened up one of the most spectacular routes in the Nepal Himalaya.Parchamo lies above the Tesi Lapcha Pass which connects the Rolwaling with the Khumbu.

1. Kathmandu by bus to dolkha over night camp.
2. Dolkha Trek to Pikudi.
3. Pikudi Trek to Jagath.
4. Jagath Trek to Simigoan.
5. Simigoan Trek to Dongkang.
6. Dongkang Trek to Beding.
7. Beding rest day for Acclimatize.
8. Beding Trek to Na ( half day walk )
9. Na day hike to Ramdug Base camp and backto Na.
10. Na Trek to Japowa byond Tso Rolpa.
11. Japowa Trek to High Camp ( Tolombadin )
12. Tolombadin Cross Tashi Latsa Pass 5755m
13. Trek down hill to Thame Village.
14. Thame Rest day.
15. Thame Trek to Lungare
16. Lungare Trek toBeyond Rinjo Pass
17. Beyond Rinjo Pass Trek to Gokyo ( Cross Rinjo Pass 5465m.)
18. Gokyo Rest day
19. Gokyo Trek to Konar
20. Konar Trek to Pangboche
21. Pangboche Trek to Tengpoche
22. TengpocheTrek to Namche.
23. NamcheTrek to Lukla end of Trek.
24. Fly back to Kathmandu.
